Discovery Call
Office ManagerYour journey begins with a complimentary phone call with our Office Manager. This is a relaxed, informational conversation — no pressure, no sales pitch. We’ll learn about your hair loss, answer your initial questions, walk you through our process, and help you decide if a consultation is the right next step.
Consultation
Dr. DrummondIf you decide to move forward, you’ll meet with Dr. Drummond for a thorough, in-person or virtual consultation. The consultation fee is $100 and is applied towards the cost of any future procedure. He’ll evaluate your hair loss pattern, assess your donor supply, discuss which surgical or non-surgical options are best suited to your goals, and provide a detailed treatment plan with transparent pricing.
Procedure / Treatment
Your Surgical Team — Dr. Drummond and/or Dr. TruesdaleOn procedure day, you’ll arrive at our Beverly Hills surgical suite on Rodeo Drive. Your surgeon is present and personally performing your procedure from start to finish. Most FUE transplants take 8–12 hours under local anesthesia. You’ll be comfortable throughout with music, streaming, and refreshments available.
Follow-Up
Your Surgical Team — Dr. Drummond and/or Dr. TruesdaleOne full year of follow-up is included in your procedure cost. You’ll have scheduled check-ins at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months — in-person or virtual. Our team is reachable by phone and email between appointments for any questions or concerns.

The discovery call is a phone conversation with our Office Manager to answer your initial questions and determine if a consultation is right for you. The consultation is a thorough medical evaluation with Dr. Drummond where you receive a personalized treatment plan.
How much does the consultation cost?

Consultations are $100 with Dr. Drummond. This fee is applied toward your procedure if you decide to move forward.
Will I meet with a surgeon, or a coordinator?

Your consultation is always conducted personally by Dr. Drummond. You will speak directly with your surgeon.
Can I do a virtual consultation?

Yes. We conduct thorough virtual consultations via Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp for patients who cannot visit in person.
How long until I can go back to work after a procedure?

Most patients with desk jobs return within 3–5 days. Physical work takes 7–10 days.
What if I’m traveling from out of town?
